May 5th, me and Mathilda decided to do another spontaneous trip to Stockholm, but this time we actually had an event to go to. The Swedish group Hov1 had a concert at the popular amusement park Gröna Lund. We took the train from our hometown to Stockholm, which takes about an hour. Then we had to walk a bit into town to get to the tram station. It was a first-timer taking the tram in Stockholm, but it was necessary in order to get there, since we were too lazy to walk.
When we finally got there, we had to get food. We bought a whole family pizza for us two to share, but we only ended up eating half of it. We then got to the stage two and a half hours before the show, and the crowd was already packed. We then stood in the middle of the crowd and waited for the show to start. 20 minutes after show-time, we had to get out of the mass of people since we barely could breathe. We then pushed our way out to get to the other side of the stage, were there weren’t as many people. The show was great though, really.
Afterwards, we chose to walk back into the city centre instead of taking the tram again, because we figured it would be completely full. We got to the train station about an hour before our departure, and our friends from the capital were around, so they came by the station for a short while before we had to leave. We got home at about 1 at night, and we were really exhausted. Also really happy.
